you really don't get any benefits unless you are full time and you are only full time if you are management, and its almost impossible to move up to management unless you have worked for the company for 6 or more years. its like saying you are still not good enough to get paid the right amount for you to survive life but heres enough to keep you from quiting. horrible feeling employees with make you lose customers. (you need to ask each customer 5 different things before they leave, regardless if they're buying one item or ten)-they expect you to create a relationship with the customers but shove sales pitches down their throats at the same time; how can you be real with a customer when they're telling you to sell something you don't believe in?
I have worked almost 2 years and I got a .13 cent raise. theres is virtually no gain to working here except the discount and knowing about more books that I don't have time to read because I work 3 jobs day and night to feed me and my child.
